Great light,
I have this same globe, and it lights one end of my kitchen nicely. This is a very economical way to light a room. The fixture is easy to install and when I ordered from Amazon it literally turned up the next day. My parents had a similar fixture in their kitchen in the 1950s, so there is a lot of sentimentality there.
Probably worth getting a dimmer with this since 150 watt bulb throws a lot of light.

I ordered this big beautiful light and absolutely love it. It was easy to install. It hangs over my mid-century modern kitchen table and chairs and adds just the right touch to the room!

The light looks wonderful in our foyer. The size was perfect, the qulatiy is absolutely acceptable, would have only loved it in chrome/nickel/silver, instead of white. But even then, it’s very nice, was easily installed, and arrived promptly.
