This is my Lights of America 15watt pre-warmth underneath fluorescent cabinet light. As you can see it was electronic at one particular time but I produced it pre-warmth for enjoyable! I also built the starter come out so you can see it.

Like this take out the HF ballasts they are extremely unreliable! Good idea

@TheDieselNut I see what you did since these things are cheap you can use them for any thing like what you did!
@XmasLightsGuy I see them and yes these did come in pre-heat at one time. It is getting harder to find pre-heat ballasts too.
I have multiple of these, but like TheDieselNut they are the old model that came as preheat. You can see some of them are in my ‘Blinkfest #2′ video. They have a second set of vents (like those by the switch) where you drilled holes.
